What We Do

At De La Vina Medical Group, we specialize in chronic wound care, for standard Medicare-enrolled patients. Our mobile healthcare team provides expert treatment for non-healing wounds that have persisted for more than 30 days, helping patients avoid unnecessary hospital visits and receive care where they’re most comfortable— at home. Our providers bring comprehensive, evidence-based care directly to the patient.

Qualifications & Licensure

All of our clinical providers are licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in the state of Florida, with specialized training in chronic wound management, geriatric care, emergency medicine and home health. Our clinical team’s background includes extensive work in emergency medicine, primary care, and veteran’s health services, ensuring the highest standard of care for every patient we serve.

Our Experience

Our team includes Certified Nurse Practitioners with years of hands-on experience in emergency medicine, family practice, and chronic care management. Our Medical Director brings more than 35 years of experience, with a background in emergency medicine and advanced skin substitute therapies. Together, we deliver high-level clinical care tailored to the unique needs of the elderly and medically complex population.
